This project has been conceived as a riverside destination for entertainment and leisure in an up and coming city of Sanandaj in Kurdistan.
The scheme establishes a sustainable planning approach which integrates modern transport solutions with a considered mixed-use program. This creates a world leading environment which will contain a rich and diverse mix of living, working and leisure activities.
